DAY 3: PRIORITIZING THE 4 VITALS AS YOU CONTINUE TO GROW

 

All of our top Coaches have a list of activities that they complete each day. These activities support the 4 major areas that drive your business; sales, recruiting, supporting your new Coaches, & supporting your top performing Coaches. Here are some suggestions of things that should be on YOUR list that fall into those categories!

 

  • Read or listen to 10 minutes of personal development.

  • Check in on Facebook and answer all messages and emails from customers and Coaches.

  • Follow up with all contacts on your Contact List

  • Invite at least 5 people each day to your Challenge Group

  • Workout and drink Shakeology

  • Check the Coach Breaking News in the Coach Online Office and look for new customer leads and Success Club points

  • Listen to the National Wake-up calls that are archived in the Coach Online Office, previous team calls, etc.

  • Make new friends by encouraging people you meet and invite them to your Challenge Group or to become friends on Facebook.

  • Post in the team Facebook Page and engage with the team

  • Post inspirational, non-Beachbody posts 3-5 times on Facebook

  • Commit to tracking these important activities and scheduling time on your calendar to get them done.
