EMERALD PHASE POST 3: How you Earn & Team Builder

One thing we haven’t talked about specifically yet is how your coaching business earns income for you. Building a strong and rewarding coaching business is the reward for working to make a difference in the lives of lots of people! For most coaches, one of the first goals they have is to earn enough money to cover their monthly Shakeology. 

 

This is a great goal! But, your coaching business has much more potential than just that for you.

 

There are multiple ways that Beachbody pays commissions to its Coaches and it can be daunting to try and understand all of them. That will come with time, I promise. 

 

For now, stay focused on getting into Success Club every month by helping 3–5 people get started with a Challenge Pack and the money will take care of itself.

 

To help you start to get more familiar with the commissions program, watch this short video to learn more about how your business generates income. I think you’ll like it!

 

Team Beachbody has also provided a set of benchmarks beyond just your rank that will help ensure you’re building a stable and profitable coaching business. We call this set of benchmarks the “Leadership Ladder.” At this point, I want to encourage 

you to build to the “Team Builder” benchmarks.

 

The benchmarks are:

 

  • Emerald rank (or above)

  • $250 a month in commissions

  • 2 Personally Sponsored Coaches with at least 1 SC point

  • 200TV on their weak leg

 

I know a lot of this is new to you, but keep these benchmarks in mind and let me know if you have any questions about what any of them mean.

 

YOUR DAILY ACTION ITEMS:

 

1. Share with the Group your daily accountability (1. a quote from PD 2. your shake and workout today 3. write DONE to specify that you posted 3x on social today 4. write DONE to specify that you took 10 minutes to expand your network and do the 'inviting' excercise)

 

2. Private message me or your coach an update on your Success Club goal for the month, or better yet make a graphic and post it in the comments in our FB accountability page. We'll start a thread and help one another stay accountable to hitting your goals. 

 

3. Post a healthy recipe you’re going to make, using a pic, on your social media and why you like it, and tag your coach in the post.
