EMERALD PHASE POST 2: CUSTOMER CONVERSION

So, I’ve got some good news for you! Achieving your Emerald rank isn’t going to be that difficult because you already have some great customers!

 

In fact, you’ll find that most of your Coaches will come from customers who’ve had a great experience with Beachbody.

 

One of the best ways to find Coaches is to keep focusing on helping your customers get great results and encourage them to share those results with others on their social media pages and then simply suggest they consider becoming a Coach.

 

Have you been hesitating to invite your customers to join your Team as new Coaches? That’s understandable, but we have some great tools to help you!

 

Download the Customer to Coach Guide  to move you smoothly through the process. It is a natural progression and we have created the tools to help you make it happen. Think about your current customers and other contacts as you review the guide and it will give you some great ideas to use. Some good tips to keep in mind:

 

✔ Don’t be hesitant to invite a customer to look into coaching.

✔ Share why you decided to become a Coach.

✔ Keep it simple; don’t overwhelm them with a ton of information.

✔ Convey confidence in their ability to be a successful Coach.

 

YOUR DAILY ACTION ITEMS:

 

1. Share your Daily Accountability... (1. a quote from PD 2. your shake and workout today 3. write DONE to specify that you posted 3x on social today 4. write DONE to specify that you took 10 minutes to expand your network and do the 'inviting' excercise)

 

2. Share with the Group the first names of at least three people you’ve invited to your Challenge Group, & three people you've discussed the coaching opportunity with. 

 

3. Post a pic of yourself with your Shakeology on your social media page and share a benefit you get from drinking it each day. Tag your coach in the post.
